The next edition of the JETRAID in Argentina 17th to 25th of November will have some special parts that we are preparing to let you have a better and a different adventure that in any other race you can have.
The 2nd day of the race we are going to navigate in the Paraná Delta for 200km in a small rivers and very difficult way points with parts of no more than 20cm water deep, that means that the pilot will have to make a special strategy to complete the day. We are sure it will win not only at the smartest but also the luckiest.
We are going to cross two times the Samborombon Bay where we will have to make 120km from one point to the other as you know we are not going to be able to go as fast as the boat can go. We will have to care about how to press the gas . Also we are planning some activities out of the overall like a quad caravan in the Dunes of Pinamar in a place named “El mas allá”, that means the far away and a stand up race in couples with pilots from La plata.
We are sure we are putting on this edition things to make you enjoy your PWC in a different way. You have on the net www.jetraid.com the program, the reglement and the entry form.
Don’t forget that the race can accept only 50 machines. We are going to go on giving you the news.

Next week we are going to Argentina to begin with the way points. The sea book will be ready in about 2 weeks. The race will have 30% of river and 70% of sea. We still do not have the cost but we ask you to give us a hand specially on the transportation of the PWC. If you have any european contact to give us a price for a container to 40 feets from Europe to Argentina. We want to have a better experience this year than in the 2006.

Rumours have it that the Jetraid 2007 will be held in Argentina. A 1000 km race, which promises to test the endurance of every participating pilot. It’s going to be a blast! We’ll provide more information as it becomes available - in the meanwhile you may want to check the forum.

I have setup a new forum on forum.jetraid.com. For now I only created one discussion forum, let me know if you have any suggestions and I will add the necessary categories and forums.
You will need to register again for the forum. Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email. You will need to activate your forum profile via the link in the email. This new updated version of jetraid.com is now live. It replaces the forum and previous blog site. The site is hosted by Stilmark, which has been involved with maintaining the Jetraid experience online since 2001.
